Features

The parts you can use today.

These are live product areas — not a wishlist. Each one writes into the same wedding record so preparation and day-of stay connected.

Invitation & RSVP

Share /w/{slug} as the guest home. The invitation can feel like stationery on the hero. Guests answer yes, no, or a wish; choose bride or groom side; note a contribution; pick meals; choose a drink when alcohol is served; and add allergies or dietary notes. Attending guests get a personal check-in pass for the door — shown in the guest area, not printed on the invite face.

Members, committee & co-organizers

Build the roster by email, including Add & email when invites go out. Member status can be active, muted, blocked, or banned. Invite co-organizers to share the dashboard. Assign committee roles (for example President, Protocol & Security, Food, MC) with scoped day-of permissions so helpers can work without owning everything.

Menu & inventory

Create dishes (main, starch, side) with kilograms per guest and price per kilogram in the wedding currency. The shopping planner estimates weight and cost from attending RSVPs. Toggle whether alcohol is served so drink options stay honest. If the menu is empty, sensible defaults can help you start.

Day-of tools

Door check-in by QR or guest code. Live program steps for MCs — start, complete, and see overtime. Announcements for the wedding. Members feed for text, photo, camera, or short voice notes, with likes and comments when allowed. Reports for attendance, food, drinks, diets, and roster — ready to review, export, or print.

Certificates

Organizers award committee certificates from the dashboard. Certificate Studio supports freeform names and roles, themes, Letter or A4, and PNG download. Each sheet shows who awarded, that the couple presents, that Arusi HQ produced it, and that Wekify authenticates. Anyone can verify an AHQ-C code on /certificates.

Languages & access

App chrome is available in English, French, Swahili, and Kifuliiru · β (browser preference). Couple names, venue text, and your messages stay exactly as you wrote them — content is not auto-translated. Light and dark moods, PWA install, and share-friendly wedding links are part of the same product shell.
